All orders on liliaceaicovschi.com are processed and shipped during the program (Monday - Friday 9: 00-18: 00 EET).
The approximate delivery time is 1-5 working days from the moment of order confirmation, according to the stock availability of the requested product. In exceptional cases, the duration can be extended up to a maximum of 10 days, the affected clients being notified in advance, by email. The ordered products are delivered through a specialized courier company. Weekends and public holidays are not considered working days.
The order will be brought to the address indicated when placing the order or to the nearest distribution point within the indicated address, within the time interval established by telephone in agreement with the courier.
The products arrive in the original packaging and are insured throughout transport, until delivery.
Upon receipt of the package, please check the integrity of the packaging and the availability of the tax invoice. Without exception, this document is inside the package. The packages are handed over based on the signature, by the representative of the courier company. Please, upon receipt of the package, check the products and, if there are inconsistencies with the initial order, please to notify us immediately at the email address Lilia.Ceaicovschi.email@example.com.
Cost of delivery
Free delivery on the territory of the Republic of Moldova.
For any other destination of the world the delivery cost is € 14.80.
If you have two or more products to order, the delivery price will be calculated as follows: € 14.80 for the first product + € 6.90 for each new product added to the order.
If you want to return / change a product, you must notify us of this intention, within 48 hours of receiving the product, at Lilia.Ceaicovschi.firstname.lastname@example.org.
After analyzing your request, we will confirm the details of the return solution. All return fees are borne and paid in full by you in advance. The returned package must reach us within 14 calendar days (take into account the delivery period by courier which can last up to 7 working days). The package must be returned by the same method / courier company through which it was delivered to you.
We will notify you as soon as your return has been received and verified. We reserve the right to refuse your return if the product does not meet the following return conditions:
- the returned products must be new, unused, unwashed, without traces of physical wear or damage.
- returned products must be returned with undamaged original labels.
- the products must be returned in the original intact packaging, without being damaged.
Note: We do not accept returned packages with cash on delivery. We do not accept packages whose sender cannot be identified. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transport return.
Refund of the product value
If the return is resolved by refunding the value of the product / exchange with existing products in stock, the following fees will not be refunded - delivery fee (including in the case of promotions related to delivery fee), customs duties, bank fees, other specific fees as the case.
If you want to exchange the product for another that does not have the same selling price as the initial one, we will refund the price difference, by us, if the changed product has a lower cost than the one initially ordered / returned, and vice versa - by you if the cost of the changed product is higher than the one initially ordered / returned.
In the case of products delivered internationally, the fees specific to each destination invoiced separately by the courier company will not be refunded.
The refund of the value of the product, except for the taxes that are withheld, will be made by bank transfer to the account from which the payment was made, within a maximum of 30 working days from the receipt and verification of the returned product. We will notify you by email as soon as the refund of the product value has been processed.
